Terms of Service
As a company known for its quality, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Embroidery Design Group will accept returns and exchanges of any merchandise that has not been embroidered with in 30 days. We will give you a full refund or store credit. If you have an error in personalization, please call our Customer Care Specialists at 614-798-8152. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
When choosing your personalization, take special care to review spelling, punctuation, color choices and monogram order. Be sure to review your order before finalizing.
If you have questions about your order, exchanges, returns or billing information, our Customer Care Specialists are available for you Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Holiday Delivery- Place your order by December 22, 2pm EST and we will deliver your
in-stock item, in the continental US, by December 24th. Additional charges for air
freight may apply.
We at Embroidery Design Group appreciate your business and respect your privacy. Our mailing list is never made available to any outside marketing sources. If you would like to continue receiving emails from us regarding specials, sales and new items, we will leave your address on our database. If you would like us to remove your address from our list, send us an email asking to be removed.
In addition to Visa and Mastercard, we also accept the Discover Card, checks in US funds
drawn on a US bank or postal money order. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a $25.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient funds or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.
We are required by law to collect Ohio Sales Tax on all purchases and freight.
