How do I submit artwork?
You can fax it to us, mail it to us, or attach it to an e-mail and send it to us. Or if you are in the Central Ohio area, drop it off at our store.

Can anything be embroidered?
Just about anything. There is a size limit to embroidery, and if the letters get over 4″, tackle twill and applique might be an option, or silk screening can provide a cost-effective alternative for larger sizes and quantities.

What if I need my items sooner than the standard two week turnaround time?
Embroidery Design Group does offer rush services for those times when you just have to have it done right away!

Can I get other products besides apparel?
There is no need to go anywhere else. Embroidery Design Group has access to just about every supplier and can find exactly what you need.

Is my job too small?
No job is too small for us, and since every job is a custom order, your small project gets the same attention and access to state-of-the-art equipment as large projects.

Do you offer more than embroidery?
Yes we do. We are a one-stop, full-service company offering embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, applique on apparel products and non-apparel products like mugs, pens, seat cushions, clocks, and thousands of specialty items. We also offer digitizing services. Our award-winning staff assists other embroidery shops around the country in determining the most artistic and cost-effective way of rendering your logo to needle and thread.

Is there a difference between embroidery shops?
Absolutely. We have the finest equipment to consistently turn out the absolute best workmanship. Not every embroidery company has their own equipment and staff of experts on the premises like we do. We manage the process from start to finish in one location, and can implement order fulfillment programs, develop private label programs, provide custom packaging and ship your goods to any location.
